FREELANCE ROLE

Abbey Tea Rooms has long been part of Glastonbury’s hospitality scene, but its online presence no longer reflected the warmth, character or quality of the customer experience. I helped create a more polished and joined-up approach, including a redesigned website, improved mobile experience, clearer customer journeys, online table booking, gift voucher options, refreshed imagery and stronger digital content, making it easier for customers to discover the tea rooms, explore what it offers and take action online.
