The world of communications can be a total minefield. SEO, PR, CMS, URL, OTR...what do they actually mean? The one aim I have when communicating is to dump the jargon, talk to you and the public in plain English, and tell it like it is. While there’s pitfalls in how to communicate, there’s also quick wins to make sure your communications get to the right people at the right time.
